Job summary

Waynes Pest Control Service in Montana is seeking an entry-level Pest Control Technician. No experience is required and we will train you.

You will perform inspections and treatments on production routes, with base pay of $17-$20 per hour and potential earnings of $40k-$55k+ once on a route. The role includes learning industry data, communicating with customers, meeting sales targets, and working closely with a supervisor.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; we will train you.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, friendliness, and ability to build rapport desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and treatments.
• Inspect premises to identify infestation sources and access points.
• Recommend treatment and prevention methods for pest problems.
• Daily check-in with Supervisor to discuss production and issues.
• Attend regular meetings and maintain punctual presence at the office.
• Resolve customer issues and meet sales targets.
• Assist in collection efforts and work under deadlines.
• Build relationships and promote excellent customer service.

Job Description:

• Perform inspections and treatments


• Inspect premises to identify infestation source and extent of damage to property, wall, or roof porosity and access to infested locations


• Recommend treatment and prevention methods for pest problems to clients


• Have daily check-in with Supervisor to discuss the day’s production and any issues, questions, or concerns that arose during the day


• Must attend regular meetings and must be punctual with a consistent presence at the office


• Resolve customer issues


• Meet sales targets


• Assist in collection efforts


• Work well under the pressure of deadlines


• Continually build relationships and promote excellent customer service, integrity, and professionalism


• Work extensive hours to generate results


• Perform all other duties assigned
