Job summary

Waynes, a leader in modern pest control and lawn care in Alabama, is hiring with no prior experience required and training provided. Base pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, with production-based earning potential and typical yearly earnings of $40k to $55k+ on production routes.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and treatments.
• Inspect premises to identify infestation source and extent of damage.
• Recommend treatment and prevention methods to clients.
• Daily check-in with Supervisor to discuss production and issues.
• Attend regular meetings and maintain punctual presence at the office.
• Resolve customer issues.
• Meet sales targets.
• Assist in collection efforts; work under deadlines.
• Build relationships and promote excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Perform all other duties assigned.

Job Description:

• Recommend treatment and prevention methods for pest problems to clients
• Have daily check-in with Supervisor to discuss the day’s production and any issues, questions, or concerns that arose during the day

• Resolve customer issues
• Meet sales targets
