Job summary

Ecolab in Greenville, SC, is seeking a Pest Control Technician Trainee to join our team. You will participate in a 5-week paid training program to learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques, while collaborating with commercial customers to protect health, food safety, and property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of work or military experience.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.
• Must obtain pest certification and/or business licensing per state/local law.

Responsibilities

• Learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques during a 5-week paid training program.
• Establish effective relationships with commercial customers in hospitality and foodservice.
• Partner with customers on best practices to identify and solve pest elimination needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Ecolab's product and service offerings to enhance service and sales.
• Document structural, sanitation, and pest issues using handheld equipment.
