What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2+ years leading a team of 4 or more, or one year as a pest control service manager
• Experience in training new technicians
• Current state licenses
• Strong computer skills; CRM experience is a plus
• Understanding of industry standards and regulations
• Previous sales management experience is a plus
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective route management and organizational skills
