Lotus Pest Control is expanding its field sales team in the Springfield/Joplin, MO area with roles that involve inspecting homes and offering pest protection solutions. You’ll earn hourly base pay plus commissions, with additional bonuses on recurring services, and you’ll receive full training and ongoing support.

We’re seeking motivated individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and building relationships. Prior sales experience helps, but is not required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Motivated, coachable, results-oriented attitude.
• Interest in sales and helping customers find solutions.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications.

Responsabilités

• Conduct approximately 5–6 home inspections per day.
• Recommend solutions for pest and home protection needs.
• Present service options and close sales based on customer needs.
• Work with service technicians to identify additional opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and complete annual termite inspections.
• Track appointments, inspections, and sales in FieldRoutes.
• Attend daily sales training and team meetings.
