Job summary

Lotus Pest Control is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, present pest control solutions, and close sales in MO/AR metro areas. No pest control experience is required; paid training and ongoing support are provided.

You will work with technicians, track orders in FieldRoutes, and pursue growth with a fast-growing company. The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and a motivation to succeed in a commission-based environment.

Responsibilities
