Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route as a Pro.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for a complete pest management program.
• Serve as a problem solver for your customers to decide on the most efficient pest solutions for their needs.
• Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• No experience required — we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, managing routes and interacting with customers.

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use a ladder within weight capacity safely.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing or balancing, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear PPE, sometimes including OSHA-compliant respirators.
• Work in various weather conditions.
