Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to manage a pest control service route as a Pro.
2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe customer service.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for a comprehensive pest management plan.
4. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solution tailored to each customer’s needs.
5. Complete all service documentation accurately using your provided hand-held device.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments.

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely with or without accommodations, including:

• Using a ladder safely within weight limits.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Accessing crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops, including climbing and balancing.
• Wearing PPE, including respirators when necessary.
• Working in various weather conditions.
