Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route to become a Pro.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet their pest management needs.
• Serve as a problem solver for your customers to decide on the most efficient pest solutions.
• Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently and manage routes.

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, including:

• Using ladders within weight limits.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Accessing crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing.
• Wearing PPE, sometimes including respirators.
• Working in various weather conditions.
