Job summary

Orkin in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a dedicated Orkin Pro to deliver high-level pest protection on a defined service route. You will begin with award-winning training to learn route operations, issue diagnosis, and treatment planning, while delivering safe, professional service to customers.

No prior pest control experience is required, and a HS diploma plus a valid driver’s license are needed. You’ll work with a company vehicle and gas card, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing development

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently with customers

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn skills to serve customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow route schedules and arrive on time at each location
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Act as a problem solver by listening and providing solutions
• Meet with customers to explain actions and discuss additional services
• Inspect interiors and exteriors of properties
• Communicate actions taken to customers and discuss pest management
• Complete all service documentation on handheld device
