Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we'll train you to be a Pro!
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally provide the highest level of protection and service to customers on a designated service route.
• Attend award-winning training to learn skills and knowledge to serve customers
• Follow route schedule and daily operation plan within territory; ensure timely and safe arrival at each location
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of vehicle and equipment
• Explain actions taken to customers and discuss additional pest management services

Education
