Rollins, Inc. through its Orkin brand seeks an Orkin Service Technician to safely deliver top-tier pest protection on a defined service route.

You will start with award-winning training and progress through daily route operations, diagnosis, and treatment planning, while maintaining professionalism with customers and teammates. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and ongoing education, with a company vehicle, gas card, and comprehensive benefits offered as part of a growth-oriented

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently on designated service routes.

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Explain actions taken and discuss additional services for peace of mind.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property and learn procedures.
• Communicate with customers to explain actions taken and discuss services.
• Complete all required service-related documentation on a handheld device.
