Orkin is looking for motivated professionals to join our pest control team. You will start with award-winning training and quickly learn how to safely and professionally protect customers’ homes and businesses on a route-based schedule.

No prior pest control experience is required, and you will hold a valid driver’s license while advancing through a structured development program offered by Orkin.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required—training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally provide pest protection and service on a designated route.
• Complete training to learn skills for customer service and route operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies on all visits.
• Follow a route schedule and complete daily tasks on the assigned territory.
• Operate a company vehicle and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle/equipment.
• Communicate actions taken to customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Suggest additional services to meet customers’ pest management needs.
