Job summary

Orkin, part of Rollins, Inc., is seeking an Orkin Pro in Houston, TX to deliver top pest control service. You will start with award-winning training and a focus on safety, serving customers on assigned routes and solving problems with Orkin Pro expertise.

The role includes field work, professional interactions, and documenting service actions for clients. You will participate in ongoing training and grow within a mission-driven team that values safety, integrity, and innovation in pest

Qualifications

• No prior pest control experience required; we’ll train you.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn the required skills.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Solve problems for each customer using Orkin Pro expertise to recommend solutions.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken and discuss additional services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of customer properties and communicate actions taken.
• Complete all required service-related documentation in a handheld device.
