Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver''s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers at their business or home.

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer''s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer''s property and learn how we train you.
• Communicate actions taken to customers and discuss additional services for peace of mind.
• Complete all required service-related documentation in a handheld device.
