Job summary

PestCo Holdings LLC is seeking a Pest Control Service Technician in Oregon to provide pest remediation and prevention for residential and commercial properties. The role involves inspecting, treating, and advising customers, with emphasis on safety and quality service.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, possess strong communication skills, and be prepared to complete background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures.
• Crawl crawlspaces, inspect, and set traps.
• Use power tools and cutting tools; build crawlspace access doors and vents.
• Provide estimates for one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance.
• Complete scheduled appointments on time per company policies and regulations.
• Serve as subject matter expert to recommend the most effective pest solution for each customer.

Sign On Bonus - $1000.00 (Fully Licensed and/or 1 year of Previous Pest Control Experience)

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Saturdays available)

Key Responsibilities:

A Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for providing pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures. Duties include, without limitation:

• Good communication skills and investigating skills.
• Crawling crawlspaces, inspecting, and setting traps.
• Some knowledge of construction or experience. Use of power tools & cutting tools. We are responsible for building crawlspace access doors, and crawlspace vents.
• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest Control experience or Pest Control License (Preferred but not required)
