Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to manage a mosquito service route to become a Pro.
2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for a complete pest management program.
4. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions for each customer.
5. Complete all service documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based tasks.

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use of ladders within weight limits.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators when necessary.
• Work in various weather conditions.
