Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills necessary for managing a mosquito service route.
2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for a complete pest management solution.
4. Act as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions tailored to each customer.
5. Complete all required documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• No experience required — we will train you!
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments.

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders within weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators when required.
• Work in various weather conditions.
