Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management services, including inspections, product applications, and prevention guidance. You will communicate with clients, schedule visits, and support sales efforts in a field-based role.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, adhering to safety regulations, and operating company vehicles. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required, with on-the-job safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• License/Certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).
• Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products (chemicals, baits, traps) while following safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments, and assist with sales to current and new customers.
• Maintain pest control equipment and ensure vehicles and tools are in good working condition.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
