Job summary

Orkin is hiring entry-level professionals in the United States. You’ll complete award-winning training and begin a career with a trusted pest-control leader. No prior pest control experience is required, and you’ll earn training pay while learning essential safety and customer-service skills.

You’ll operate a company vehicle, follow routes, inspect properties, and discuss effective solutions with customers to protect homes and businesses.

Qualifications

• No experience required—we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete training to learn skills and customer service.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow route and daily schedules within a territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and keep it clean.
• Serve customers professionally with integrity and empathy.
• Explain actions taken and discuss additional services.
• Inspect interior/exterior of properties; train for pest skills.
• Document all service activities with speed and accuracy.
