Pro Active Pest Control is hiring full-time Pest Control Technicians to join our team in California. No experience is required—we provide paid training and state licensing for the right candidate.

We serve California and Arizona with a 5-star focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will start on an established route, grow skills, and have opportunities for career advancement in a supportive family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to obtain CA Applicator license; license within 90 days if not currently licensed.
• Valid driver's license with a good DMV record.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment; climb ladders; work at heights.
• Pass a live scan and state exam; background/MVR checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established service route and new customers.
• Perform inspections and treatments for residential and commercial properties.
• Troubleshoot pest issues and provide effective solutions.
• Educate customers on services and prevention methods.
• Maintain strong time management and daily scheduling.
• Help meet company service and sales goals.
• Continuously build skills and product knowledge.
• Train alongside a licensed technician if not licensed yet.
