Job summary

Rozier Termite & Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Technician for a full-time, field-based role in South Hill, Virginia. No prior pest control experience is required as training is provided and the company supports earning the Virginia Pest Control License.

You will learn inspections, pest identification, treatment, and customer service while managing your own service route and communicating effectively with customers. A company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.
• Virginia registration requirements must be met.
• No prior pest control experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and businesses to identify pest activity and causes.
• Manage daily service route in South Hill and surrounding communities.
• Recommend appropriate treatment and prevention options to customers.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to customers.
• Apply EPA-approved products safely following safety procedures.
• Document service activities accurately and build customer trust.
