PermaTreat Inc. in Virginia seeks a Service Technician to begin with paid training for pest control routes. You will build relationships with customers, perform pest control tasks, and run your own route, becoming a trusted representative of the service team.

You will follow a schedule within your territory, adapt to weather, and ensure timely and safe arrivals at homes. Safety, accuracy, and customer service are emphasized throughout.

Qualifications

• No prior pest control experience required; we provide paid training.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to obtain pesticide license.

Responsibilities

• Complete our paid training to learn pest control service routes.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver quality service.
• Schedule and run your own route and ensure timely visits.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain equipment.
• Complete service documentation using provided handheld device.
