Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Orkin Pros. This role offers paid training from day one, no pest control experience required, and opportunities to advance into leadership or management.

You will service daily routes, evaluate properties for pest issues, and communicate solutions clearly to customers. Benefits include health coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers professionally on your daily route and provide pest protection.
• Inspect properties and identify pest issues; training provided.
• Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to customers.
• Recommend additional services that bring peace of mind.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely.
• Complete reports and documentation on a handheld device.
