Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Comfort working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier pest protection and communicate clearly with customers in every interaction.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside homes or businesses; full training provided.
• Explain findings, answer questions, and recommend services to help customers feel secure.
• Follow safety protocols during services, handling equipment and applying treatments.
• Log findings and complete service reports using handheld devices.
• Manage company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly.
