Job summary

Orkin is hiring in Indianapolis for a Pro role with no prior pest control experience required. You’ll receive award-winning training and start on a designated service route, delivering high-quality protection for homes and businesses.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation within an assigned territory and ensure timely arrival at each customer location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property and learn to perform essential pest control tasks.
• Complete all required service-related documentation in a handheld device for speed and accuracy.
