Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather.
• Wear PPE including respirator when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier pest protection, focus on customer service in every interaction.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside homes or businesses.
• Explain findings and recommend services to customers.
• Follow safety protocols while conducting services and using equipment.
• Handle company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly.
• Log findings and manage service reports with handheld devices.
