Job summary

Rollins, Inc. is seeking an Orkin Pro to deliver pest control services on assigned routes. You’ll start with award-winning training and will learn to safely and professionally protect customers’ homes and businesses.

You’ll work on daily routes, maintain strong customer relationships, and discuss additional services to ensure ongoing peace of mind. The role emphasizes safety, integrity, and teamwork in a growth‑oriented company.

Qualifications

• No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers

Responsibilities

• Complete training to learn skills and knowledge for serving customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route schedule and arrive safely at each customer location
• Operate a company vehicle safely and keep it clean
• Interact with customers professionally and with integrity
• Explain actions taken and discuss additional services to provide peace of mind
