Job summary

PestCo in Clarkston, Washington is seeking a full-time Pest Technician to serve residential and commercial customers. You will drive a company vehicle, perform one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance, and recommend effective pest control solutions tailored to each property.

The role requires a valid driver's license, physical stamina, and excellent communication skills; no prior license is required but pest control license is preferred. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a good driving score, by following posted speed limits and following all traffic laws.
• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.
