Clark Pest Control, Inc. seeks a Pest Service Technician to service residential accounts and protect homes and surroundings from pests. The role involves outdoor work, on-site inspections, and coordinating with the team to plan treatments. A valid driver’s license is required, and the company pays for pesticide license training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Controlling pests, weeds, lawn fertilization, tree/shrub care and other agricultural pests on-site in residential accounts.
• Physically inspecting residential structures to determine presence of pests; calculating severity of infestations and damage.
• Creating diagrams and graphs indicating type, degree and location of infestations.
• Discussing work with residential customers and providing sales solicitations.
• Coordinating activities with department secretaries and other branch personnel; submitting paperwork and collections daily.
• Performing other administrative tasks at supervisor's direction, including ordering equipment and compiling reports.
• Determining costs, estimating crew time and scheduling work.
• Receiving and properly accounting for company funds collected during business activities.
• Maintaining company issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition.

Skills
