Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Service Technician to deliver high-quality pest control services across assigned routes. You will start with comprehensive, award-winning training and progress while supporting safe and effective treatments for homes and businesses.

You will operate a company vehicle, follow schedules, and engage with customers to explain actions taken and secure satisfaction, with growth opportunities and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required; we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services for peace of mind.
