Job summary

Clark Pest Control, Inc. is seeking Pest Service Technicians to service residential accounts outdoors and protect homes from pests.

You will inspect structures, determine infestation severity, and discuss work with customers while coordinating with staff to ensure timely service and billing. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, life/AD&D insurance, a 401(k) with company match, a company vehicle and gas card, and paid training including pest license.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Service homes and protect surrounding environments from pests.
• Inspect residential structures to determine presence of pests and assess infestation severity.
• Create diagrams and graphs indicating infestation type and location.
• Coordinate with customers and offer sales solicitations.
• Schedule work, estimate crew time, and submit paperwork daily.
