You’ll run your own residential and commercial route, build client relationships, and advance toward senior roles with a defined growth path.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and 5+ years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily service route across residential and commercial properties.
• Inspect properties, identify pest issues, and apply treatments.
• Educate customers and deliver a service experience they request by name.
• Spot opportunities for additional services and earn bonuses on conversions.
• Keep vehicle and equipment in top shape and maintain records.
• Follow safety, compliance and product-use standards.
