Qualifications

• 5+ years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Active pest control license preferred.
• Strong work ethic and comfort working independently and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily service route across residential and commercial properties, building lasting relationships with customers.
• Inspect properties, correctly identify pest issues, and apply safe, effective treatments.
• Educate customers and deliver a service experience that earns repeat business.
• Spot opportunities for additional services and earn bonuses when they convert.
• Keep your vehicle, equipment, and records in top shape.
• Work safely and follow all compliance and product-use standards.
