Through continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a customer-facing Pest Control Technician to join our team in Northampton. Our Services

Our comprehensive range of pest management services includes rodent control, bird management, insect control, and wildlife management.

Role Responsibilities

You’ll be at the forefront of our service for commercial, residential, and government properties, visiting customers within your area to conduct inspections, carry out treatments, and promote additional work when opportunities arise.

Salary and Benefits

Our salary package is up to £29,500.00 based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, all technicians have the opportunity to increase their earnings by up to £6,000 through leads, commissions, bonus schemes, and incentives.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience in this field is preferred; however, we provide excellent training for inexperienced candidates. We seek individuals who show initiative, the right attitude, and a strong work ethic. Trainee starting salary is £26,740.00, rising to £28,000.00 upon qualification.

Minimum Requirements

• Full UK Driver's Licence
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Reside within a 40-mile radius of Northampton
• Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision
• Methodical and systematic approach to work
• Comfortable using mobile phone apps
• Excellent attention to detail
