Viking Pest Control is seeking a dependable customer-focused service professional in Texas to join our field team. You will assess client pest concerns, implement pest-control measures, and maintain safety and cleanliness on site.

Your role includes documenting service notes, coordinating with the branch, and pursuing additional services while ensuring high standards of customer care. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs are required; on-site travel across assigned

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read labels and follow directions.

Responsabilidades

• Consult customers to understand pest issues and determine the scope.
• Resolve customer pest issues.
• Apply pesticides or products according to directions.
• Remove cobwebs around the home's perimeter.
• Set and remove traps as needed.
• Provide service notes to clients.
• Follow daily route to complete services efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
• Sell new services to existing clients.
• Close leads as directed by sales team and branch manager.
• Provide updates to branch manager as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

Principal Responsibilities

• Consult customers to understand pest issues anddetermine thescope

• Resolve customerpest issues

• Apply pesticides or the product as directed

• Remove cobwebs around the perimeter of the home

• Set and remove traps as needed

• Provide service notes to clients

• Follow daily route to ensure services are completed efficiently

• Follow all safety procedures and regulations

• Sell new services to existing clients

• Close leads as directed from the sales team and branch manager

• Provide updates to branch manager as needed

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 21years of age

• MUST have off-street parking for company-issued vehicle

• A high school diploma or G.E.D.

• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to read labels and follow directions

• Enthusiasm for exceptional customer service

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Solid attention to detail

• Availabilityto workSaturdays as needed

• The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and a background check

• The ability to meet the physical demands of the job; walking, bending, kneeling, climbing,lifting & carrying up to60Lbs

• Ability to safely use an extension ladder

• Use of technology, including smartphones, GPS, andcompany-issued software
