Responsibilities include inspecting sites, identifying pests, documenting service reports, and collaborating with Client Care to estimate treatments. A valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read diagrams, drawings, and service documentation.
• Basic math for estimating materials and treatment areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, etc.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity, entry points, and conditions conducive to infestations.
• Identify common pests and recommend appropriate treatment solutions.
• Complete service reports accurately and provide recommendations for ongoing pest prevention.
• Measure treatment areas and calculate material requirements as needed.
• Develop treatment recommendations and estimates with the Client Care team.
• Apply pesticides and other treatment products per procedures and regulations.
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Perform minor exclusion work and recommend preventative measures.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and communicate professionally with clients.
