Job summary

United Pest Solutions is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to service customers in Kenmore, WA. You will assess pests, perform treatments, and provide preventive solutions tailored to each home or business.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and strong communication and customer service skills. Training, safety equipment, and a path for growth are provided within a growing PestCo family of companies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills through verbal, written and in-person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest control experience or Pest control license strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient pest solutions for each customer’s needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including vehicle, uniform, PPE, paperwork, and literature.
• Dedicate full attention during working hours to duties as directed by supervisor and the company.
