Job summary

PestCo is seeking a motivated Pest Control Service Technician to service commercial and residential clients in San Antonio. You will provide pest remediation and prevention solutions, estimate treatments, and maintain compliance with safety standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma, strong communication and customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license. Background check and drug screen are mandatory; pest control experience or license is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, in person).
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest control experience or license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest remediation and prevention solutions for residential or commercial properties.
• Estimate and propose one-time treatments or ongoing maintenance to customers.
• Complete appointments on time per company policies and regulations.
• Serve as subject matter expert to recommend the best pest solution for each customer.
• Use safety equipment properly and maintain vehicle, PPE, and paperwork.
