EcoShield Pest Solutions in Brooklyn Heights, OH is seeking a Floater Technician to perform interior and exterior pest control treatments and deliver excellent customer service, while maintaining precise service records.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and 3+ years of driving history; you will follow routes, handle PPE, and coordinate with the office to ensure quality results.

950 Keynote Circle Brooklyn Heights, Ohio 44131Floater TechnicianThe Floater Technician provides exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance appointments by inspecting for pest activity, providing effective treatment solutions, and building lasting customer relationships. This role combines hands-on service delivery with exceptional customer care, ensuring high-quality results, accurate documentation, and safe, efficient operations.ResponsibilitiesPerform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.Perform touch up treatments, follow up inspections and additional customer support to ensure service effectiveness and customer satisfaction.Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.
