EcoShield Pest Solutions in Detroit is seeking a Floater Technician to deliver pest control services and exceptional customer care during scheduled appointments. You will inspect for pest activity, apply treatments, document results, and maintain equipment and records while following safety protocols.

The role emphasizes reliable service, adherence to company standards, and building lasting relationships with customers across routes.

Formación

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid drivere2e2s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• State-required pest control training/licensing (provided).

Responsabilidades

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following approved methods and safety guidelines.
• Conduct touch-up treatments, follow-up inspections, and provide additional customer support for service effectiveness.
• Explain treatments, answer questions, maintain accurate service records, and communicate with the office as needed.
• Follow service routes and schedules, coordinating with office staff to ensure efficient delivery.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure readiness and service quality.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safe operations.
• Deliver high-quality service and adhere to company standards and procedures.

Floater Technician

The Floater Technician provides exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance appointments byinspecting forpest activity, providing effective treatment solutions, and building lasting customer relationships. This role combines hands-on service delivery with exceptional customer care, ensuring high-quality results, accurate documentation, and safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Perform touch up treatments, follow up inspections and additional customer support to ensure service effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions,maintainingaccurateservice records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. The base pay for this position has a range of $18.00 - $22.00/hourly.
