EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Floater Technician to perform interior and exterior pest control, while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain accurate service records, with training provided for pest control licensing as needed.

You will follow schedules, support office operations, and ensure safety with PPE and equipment maintenance. The position offers competitive pay and full benefits.

Formación

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsabilidades

• Perform touch up treatments, follow up inspections and additional customer support to ensure service effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.

The base pay for this position has a range of $18.00 - $22.00/hourly.
