Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Pest Control Technician in Orlando, FL, to perform residential pest management duties, including inspections, product applications, and customer guidance. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and customer service, with immediate benefits and a schedule that may include weekends.

You will inspect properties, apply treatments, educate clients, and maintain equipment while following regulations and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us).
• Available to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to effectively eliminate pests.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of maintaining a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and expand our product to new customers.
• Ensure pest control equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
