Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance including your truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services when needed.
• Maintain your pest control license and attend seminars regularly.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish the week’s route.
