Rentokil North America is hiring Pest Technicians to provide on-site pest control services to residential customers within the Indianapolis area. You will operate with a company vehicle, receive extensive training, and have opportunities to earn commissions on top of a base salary.

The role emphasizes safety, customer interaction, and the ability to identify additional Terminix products or services that benefit clients. A HS diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Personable, with good communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and safety awareness.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in crawl spaces/attics.
• Facial hair not allowed for safety reasons.

Responsibilities

• Apply pesticides to structures following schedule and label instructions.
• Respond to customer requests for service calls and confirmations.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional Terminix products or services.
