The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a division of Rollins Corporation, has provided pest management and consultation services to the food and commodity industries for over 85 years.

You will conduct inspections, develop solutions, and treat customer facilities while maintaining professional relationships with business clients. Training is provided, with a potential company vehicle and competitive, commission-based earnings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver9s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

You will maintain excellent customer relations with business clients through professional service, knowledgeable communication and precise documentation. You will…

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided, along with all company resources, to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's needs.
• Possess a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to work independently and to be self‑motivated.
• Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Physical Demands / Working Environment
