You will maintain excellent customer relations with business clients through professional service, knowledgeable communication and precise documentation. • Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided, along with all company resources, to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's needs.
• Possess a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to work independently and to be self‑motivated.
• Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• A ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.

Physical Demands / Working Environment
