The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a Rollins division, provides pest management and consultation services to the food industry for over 85 years. We seek team members to inspect commercial accounts, develop solutions, and treat client facilities with professional service and precise documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided, along with all company resources, to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's needs.

• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

• We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
