Industrial Fumigant Company in Indianapolis is hiring for a field service role focused on pest management for commercial accounts. You will conduct inspections, develop solutions, treat facilities and maintain client relationships with professional service and precise documentation.

Minimum requirements include high school diploma, valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided, along with all company resources, to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's needs.

• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.


• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.


• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
