The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a division of Rollins Corporation, is seeking a Pest Control Technician/Exterminator for Indianapolis (Maintenance). You will inspect commercial accounts, develop tailored solutions, and perform treatments with a focus on safety and precise documentation.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, solving problems with provided training, maintaining records, and contributing to a growing, financially stable organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided, along with all company resources, to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's needs.

• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• We require a good driving record and the  ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job  duties with or without accommodations:
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
